• How much does a session cost?

    • A 50 minute psychotherapy session costs $150. You pay as you go and all sessions cost the same. Most clients attend weekly or every other week.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale?

    • I offer one sliding scale spot per every 10 clients I see. My sliding scale spot is currently filled

  • Do you offer a phone consultation?

    • Yes. I offer a free, 15 minute phone consultation for all prospective clients. This is an opportunity for you to get to know me a little, see if I am a good fit for you, and for me to ask some questions to make sure this level of care is the right starting place for you. Send me an email to setup the phone call. It’s non-comital and laid back.

  • What ages do you work with?

    • I primarily work with young adults and adults. I do work with teens, but tend to only work with 16 and older.

  • Do you provide superbills?

    • Yes, upon request I can provide you with a superbill.

  • Do you work in person?

    • Yes, I currently see clients in person in Rancho Cucamonga

  • How do I get started?

    • The best way to reach me is usually via-email or phone. Whichever form of communication you are most comfortable with works for me. Reach out and let me know you are considering therapy, and I will facilitate the rest.

  • What can I expect from therapy?

    • You can expect a first session to be a lot of talking. I will likely be asking some questions about what is going on presently, what has happened historically, and what you are hoping for in the future. In subsequent sessions, it will be less of me talking and asking questions, and more of you processing (sometimes verbally, sometimes with movement or stillness, or even using art/other mediums). You can expect to feel safe and supported. Therapy should not feel scary. I do my best to figure out what you need to feel okay in the room with me.

  • What kind of therapy do you do?

    • Above all, I am attachment based, meaning I look at everything about you through the lens of: “What is this person’s attachment style, how did it become so, and how is it functioning for them at present?” With that as my “baseline”, I tend to pull from the following modalities:

      • Polyvagal Theory

      • DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

      • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

      • Person Centered

      • Existential Psychotherapy
